Ivan has 10 years of clinical experience providing services to clients in the community, rehabilitation and vocational settings. He has been the principle therapist providing services to clients following orthopaedic polytrauma and spinal injury. Ivan has also worked within a multi national company as European Product Manager for a prominent postural seating range. He uses his commercial awareness and business development skills in his role as Business Manager for QRS.

Jane has 17 years of clinical experience providing services to clients of all ages in the community, rehabilitation and vocational settings. She has worked with clients following multiple trauma, brain injury and spinal cord injury. Jane has experience of completing a range of assessments including vocational, social and complex needs assessment, and is actively involved in providing education and working with employers and other agencies for injury management and prevention. Jane is a qualified PGAP, FIM and WeeFim assessor, has attended the FCE course and courses on Vocational Assessment and report writing. She uses these clinical skills and experience in her role as Training and Development Facilitator for QRS.

Grace has 19 years experience including provision of clinical services to clients following orthopaedic polytrauma, brain injury and spinal cord injury in acute, rehabilitation, vocational and community settings. She has completed medico-legal reports for catastrophic injuries and serious injury case management for people with severe disability. Grace completes comprehensive assessments of vocational and social needs; adopting a lateral approach to assessment and report writing. Grace is a qualified FIM assessor, has attended the FCE course and courses on Vocational Assessment and report writing. She uses her clinical skills and experience in her role as Quality Director for QRS.

Julia is responsible for booking and coordinating appointments and maintaining relationships with QRS referral agents and clients. Julia has excellent communication skills, a good work ethic, and a great sense of humour. Julia has previously been involved in Event Management and is enjoying the change in roles where no 2 days are the same.

Lavara has 4 years experience in mental health, neurological and physical rehabilitation. Lavara joined the QRS team at the beginning of 2008 and has specialized in social and vocational assessment and rehabilitation. Lavara is a qualified FIM assessor, has attended courses on Vocational Assessment.

Christine graduated from a bachelor health science majoring in Occupational Therapy in 2007. She has 3 ½ years of experience in neurological residential and community rehabilitation. Christine is currently completing post graduate diploma in rehabilitation at AUT. She is a qualified FIM assessor and accredited IOA assessor. Christine joined Quality Rehabilitation Services in 2010. She specialises in Work place assessments, Gradual return to work programs and Social Rehabilitation assessments.

Marion completed a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Auckland University of Technology in 2000 and previously completed a Bachelor of Social Science majoring in Psychology. Marion has 10 years of clinical experience including 7 years of providing services to clients with injury related needs. She has extensive experience completing a range of vocational and social assessments and assessments for Ministry of Health and Lotteries. Marion is a qualified PGAP and FIM assessor and has attended courses on vocational assessments.

Chris Boswell completed the Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) from Auckland University of Technology in 2005. After graduating, Chris worked for three and a half years in a private practice musculoskeletal Physiotherapy clinic. He gained diverse clinical experience in the assessment and treatment of sports, spinal, post-surgical rehabilitation and occupational injuries. Chris joined the QRS team at the beginning of 2009 and is enjoying helping other people restore their quality of life following injury while broadening his healthcare skills and experience.

Chelsea Amber-Scott joined QRS in 2009 and has worked in the field of occupational assessment and vocational rehabilitation for 17 years. She has had extensive training and experience performing worksite assessments, job analysis and functional capacity evaluations in both Australia and New Zealand.
Chelsea has a special interest in traumatic brain injury and pain management. She has been completing Vocational Assessments and Social Rehabilitation Assessments whilst working with QRS.

Jenny McDermott completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Occupational Therapy) at the Auckland Institute of Technology in 1995. Since qualifying, she has worked as an Occupational Therapist in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Her clinical experience involves working with a diverse range of clients within acute hospital settings, community based services and vocational rehabilitation. She has extensive experience in completing Housing and Equipment assessments. Jenny is a qualified FIM Assessor. She has been successfully completing Vocational and Social Assessments since she joined QRS in early 2009.

Karen has been employed at QRS in her role as Administrator for the Tauranga office. Karen completed two papers towards a Post Graduate Diploma in Career Counselling. Karen's experience includes over 15 years experience in Human Resources and Personal Assistant/Administration within the District Health Board, Civil Contracting and Port Sector. Karen has a certificate in Te Ara Reo 2007, a certificate on Te Wanaanga Aoteroa and also a certificate in Rongoa, (Traditional Maori Healing) 2006, Waikato University.

Mark Koslowski completed a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Since graduating in 2006, he had worked as an Occupational Therapist in Canada and New Zealand. His clinical experience involves working with a diverse range of clients within acute hospital settings, outpatient orthopaedic, community based and early childhood school based services. He has been successfully completing Vocational and Social Assessments since he joined QRS in 2010. He is enjoying the experience of practicing in New Zealand and is passionate about helping people return to work and improve their lives.

Jillene graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Health Science, Occupational Therapy. For a total of nine years she has worked within Vocational rehabilitation in the Auckland area. Jillene has recently been working within the disability sector, however has returned to vocational rehabilitation starting with QRS in 2010 in the Bay of Plenty. Jillene has experience with TBI, musculoskeletal and orthopedic injuries with additional experience with chronic pain, amputation, and equipment acquisition. She is also a keen motorcyclist and enjoys travel.

Dawn joined the Company at the beginning of 2007 as an administrative assistant. During this time she used her excellent communication skills and wonderful telephone manner to build lasting relationships with ACC staff, QRS customers and claimants alike. She has been able to gain experience in all aspects of the organisation and has since been promoted to Office Manager. This new role sees her taking on more responsibility for our staff whilst also enabling her to keep in touch with changes in ACC. Dawn is an integral part of the company. Dawn has a great sense of humour and warm personality which makes her endearing and loved by all staff.

Courtney graduated from Physiotherapy at Curtin University in Western Australia in 2003 after completing an Exercise Science degree at the University of Western Australia in 2000. She has translated her skills in exercise prescription and rehabilitation to the acute Physiotherapy setting in hospitals around Australia, United Kingdom and New Zealand and to private practices in Australia and the United Kingdom. Courtney joined the QRS team in 2010 and is currently utilising Physiotherapy and Exercise Science skills when completing Vocational Assessments, Graduated Return to Work Programs, Workstation Assessments and Physical Rehabilitation sessions.

Karen graduated from Massey University with a Bachelor of Science degree, followed by a Bachelor in Occupational Therapy from Otago Polytechnic. She is currently studying towards a post-graduate diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. Her overseas experience includes travel throughout the UK, United States, Canada and Africa.

Emily initially worked for 9 years as a Registered Nurse in Trauma & Orthopaedic Nursing. From 1999 moved into the field of Occupational Health working with a diverse range of private and public sector staff including those working for Fire & Rescue Service, International Airport, Probation Service, Social Services and Education undertaking a combination of health monitoring, sickness absence management, vocational rehabilitation and health promotion. Emily joined the QRS team in 2008 completing vocational assessments and rehabilitation.
