IVAN IMIOLEK - Bachelor of Occupational Therapy 1998 Email: ivanimiolek@qualityrehab.co.nz Tel: 021 411 608 Ivan has 10 years of clinical experience providing services to clients in the community, rehabilitation and vocational settings. He has been the principle therapist providing services to clients following orthopaedic polytrauma and spinal injury. Ivan has also worked within a multi national company as European Product Manager for a prominent postural seating range. He uses his commercial awareness and business development skills in his role as Business Manager for QRS.
JANE KISTIAH-CHETTY - Bachelor of Occupational Therapy 1992 Email: janekistiah@qualityrehab.co.nz Tel: 021 987 873 Jane has 17 years of clinical experience providing services to clients of all ages in the community, rehabilitation and vocational settings. She has worked with clients following multiple trauma, brain injury and spinal cord injury. Jane has experience of completing a range of assessments including vocational, social and complex needs assessment, and is actively involved in providing education and working with employers and other agencies for injury management and prevention. Jane is a qualified PGAP, FIM and WeeFim assessor, has attended the FCE course and courses on Vocational Assessment and report writing. She uses these clinical skills and experience in her role as Training and Development Facilitator for QRS.
GRACE IMIOLEK - Diploma of the College of Occupational Therapists 1990 - MSc. 1998 Email: graceimiolek@qualityrehab.co.nz Tel: 021 411 408 Grace has 19 years experience including provision of clinical services to clients following orthopaedic polytrauma, brain injury and spinal cord injury in acute, rehabilitation, vocational and community settings. She has completed medico-legal reports for catastrophic injuries and serious injury case management for people with severe disability. Grace completes comprehensive assessments of vocational and social needs; adopting a lateral approach to assessment and report writing. Grace is a qualified FIM assessor, has attended the FCE course and courses on Vocational Assessment and report writing. She uses her clinical skills and experience in her role as Quality Director for QRS.

Julia - Auckland office Administrator Email: charissalittle@qualityrehab.co.nz Tel: 09 273 9428 Julia is responsible for booking and coordinating appointments and maintaining relationships with QRS referral agents and clients. Reece has excellent communication skills, a good work ethic, and a great sense of humour. She is an asset to the QRS team. Reece has over 15 years experience in administration, with the past 12.5years at a property valuing company.
LAVARA O'HANLON - Bachelor of Occupational Therapy 2004 Email: lavaraohanlon@qualityrehab.co.nz Tel: 021 832 299 Lavara has 4 years experience in mental health, neurological and physical rehabilitation. Lavara joined the QRS team at the beginning of 2008 and has specialized in social and vocational assessment and rehabilitation. Lavara is a qualified FIM assessor, has attended courses on Vocational Assessment.

Rachelle has clinical experience working at with the elderly in a private rest home. She completed a Theatre Nurse course through Southern Cross. Rachelle worked in the orthopaedic theatres for 5 years both private and public. Rachelle has been successfully completing Social Rehabilitation, Workplace Assessments and Gradual return to Work Programmes since commencing work at QRS.

CHRIS BOSWELL - Occupational Physiotherapist 2005 - NZRP BHSc (Physiotherapy) Email: chrisboswell@qualityrehab.co.nz Tel: 021 632 103 Chris Boswell completed the Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) from Auckland University of Technology in 2005. After graduating, Chris worked for three and a half years in a private practice musculoskeletal Physiotherapy clinic. He gained diverse clinical experience in the assessment and treatment of sports, spinal, post-surgical rehabilitation and occupational injuries. Chris joined the QRS team at the beginning of 2009 and is enjoying helping other people restore their quality of life following injury while broadening his healthcare skills and experience.
ANGELA LASH - Diploma of Occupational Therapy - 1994 Email: angelalash@qualityrehab.co.nz Tel: 021 672 507 Angela qualified as an Occupational Therapist from Otago School of Occupational Therapy. She upgraded her qualifications to a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2000 via a transitional paper. Angela has over 10 years experience in Occupational Therapy. She worked in England for 4 years and in New Zealand for 6+ years. Her main work experience is in the clinical areas of Neuro-rehabilitation, in mental health, rheumatology and general rehabilitation. Angela has been successfully completing workplace assessments and Gradual Return to work programmes since commencing work at Quality Rehabilitation Services Ltd.

Since graduation, Melissa has worked in various musculoskeletal physiotherapy roles. She has training in clinical pilates and rehabilitation for neck and back injuries as well as sporting injuries. In 2007, Melissa completed her Post-graduate certificate in Health Science, specialising in Western Acupuncture and pain management. Melissa has had experience with various sporting teams, work-related injuries and post-surgical management. She has a passion for her profession and is committed to helping her clients to return to work and social activities quickly and without re-injury.

Since qualifying, she has worked as an Occupational Therapist in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Her clinical experience involves working with a diverse range of clients within acute hospital settings, community based services and vocational rehabilitation. She has extensive experience in completing Housing and Equipment assessments. Jenny is a qualified FIM Assessor. She has been successfully completing Vocational and Social Assessments since she joined QRS in early 2009.

Karen completed two papers towards a Post Graduate Diploma in Career Counselling. Karen's experience includes over 15 years experience in Human Resources and Personal Assistant/Administration within the District Health Board, Civil Contracting and Port Sector. Karen has a certificate in Te Ara Reo 2007, a certificate on Te Wanaanga Aoteroa and also a certificate in Rongoa, (Traditional Maori Healing) 2006, Waikato University.
Mark Koslowski - Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy 2006 Email: markkoslowski@qualityrehab.co.nz Tel: 021 322 785 Mark Koslowski completed a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Since graduating in 2006, he had worked as an Occupational Therapist in Canada and New Zealand. His clinical experience involves working with a diverse range of clients within acute hospital settings, outpatient orthopaedic, community based and early childhood school based services. He has been successfully completing Vocational and Social Assessments since he joined QRS in 2010. He is enjoying the experience of practicing in New Zealand and is passionate about helping people return to work and improve their lives.

Claire is a calibrated assessor for the Assessment of Motor and Process Skills (AMPS), and recently completed accreditation for the Functional Independence Measure training. Claire has experience completing Vocational Assessments, is passionate about working in the community and with a diverse range of clients..

DAWN GOWER - Cambridge Administrative Assistant Email: dawngower@qualityrehab.co.nz Tel: 07 827 0982 Dawn joined the Company at the beginning of 2007 as an administrative assistant. During this time she used her excellent communication skills and wonderful telephone manner to build lasting relationships with ACC staff, QRS customers and claimants alike. She has been able to gain experience in all aspects of the organisation and has since been promoted to Office Manager. This new role sees her taking on more responsibility for our staff whilst also enabling her to keep in touch with changes in ACC. Dawn is an integral part of the company. Dawn has a great sense of humour and warm personality which makes her endearing and loved by all staff.
CRAIG HARINGTON - Bachelor of Science Occupational Therapy 1999 Email: craigharington@qualityrehab.co.nz Tel: 021 322 785 Craig has 9 years of clinical experience in acute and rehabilitation based settings and has worked within the following areas; acute orthopaedics, burns and plastics, spinal rehabilitation, adult and paediatric rheumatology and hand therapy. Craig has been with QRS since May 2007 completing social and vocational assessment as well as completing equipment and housing assessments. Craig has completed the British Hand Therapy (level one) course, and the NZ Hand Therapy course, has attended courses on Vocational Assessment and is a qualified PGAP assessor.
JANET BLAND - Diploma of Nursing - 1985 Email: janetbland@qualityrehab.co.nz Tel: 021 958 954 Janet Bland qualified as a Registered General Nurse and Registered Sick Children's Nurse in the UK in 1985. During this time she undertook a variety of courses including: Certificate in Professional Studies (Specialist Practice), Intensive Care Nursing of Children, Burns and Plastics Nursing (Adults and Child), and the Diploma in Child Health. Janet has extensive clinical experience included General Surgery/Medicine, Intensive Care, Burns and Plastics, ENT, Orthopaedic, Neurosurgery and Oral Surgery. Janet has clinical experience working with clients and families following severe traumatic injury, including assisting clients reintegrate back into the community post discharge from hospital. Janet has been completing Social Rehabilitation, Complex Assessments and Specialised Nursing Assessments since 2006.

EMILY PALMER - Registered General Nurse 1990 Email: emilypalmer@qualityrehab.co.nz Tel: 021 1920 222 Emily initially worked for 9 years as a Registered Nurse in Trauma & Orthopaedic Nursing. From 1999 moved into the field of Occupational Health working with a diverse range of private and public sector staff including those working for Fire & Rescue Service, International Airport, Probation Service, Social Services and Education undertaking a combination of health monitoring, sickness absence management, vocational rehabilitation and health promotion. Emily joined the QRS team in 2008 completing vocational assessments and rehabilitation.
